$1 Shipping on orders $50 or more*

All Continental U.S. orders over $50 ship for $1. Any U.S. order of $49.99 or less (excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge of just $5.
Orders received on Monday through Friday by 10 a.m. (ET) are shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.
Some items may be special ordered, not in stock, or not officially launched yet which may cause a slight delay. Contact will be made by our beauty consultants on such delays to let you know. 99% of all orders are shipped within 3-24 hours.

Environmentally Friendly:
We pack all orders in 100% biodegradable, starch-based peanuts or recycled paper/bubble wrap/sealed air. All orders are also currently shipped with free Avenue You Eco-Friendly Reusable Shopping Bag.

Please follow the ordering dates below to ensure your gifts arrive by December 24. Shipping options apply to in-stock items.
For destinations in Alaska or Hawaii, please add one additional business day.
All Shipping Options:The below shipping are within the time frame of business days of operation. Holidays and Weekends do not count as business days of operation. For example an order placed on Friday for next day services will not arrive until the next business day which could be either a Monday or a Tuesday. Expedited shipping options may be forced to a downgraded shipping service due to certain products cannot be shipped via Air Services. In these cases your orders will still be processed, shipped, and delivered as quickly as possible.

Packing slips for orders shipped outside the U.S. show the total declared value, but do not include itemized pricing. Detailed pricing information is contained in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. Avenue You & AveYou.com is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes.
Some countries may hold packages in Customs for a period of time. Due to USPS guidelines, we are unable to locate these packages until 30 days after the shipping date. Weather conditions may also cause slight delays in International shipments.
Holiday Calendar:
In observance of U.S. federal holidays for 2009, the Avenue You Beauty Store Shipping Facility will be open however our shipping vendors will not be picking up orders. Orders will be shipped out next business day. You may receive tracking information as order was packed and processed, however this tracking information will not be updated on shipping vendors online tracking system until packages are picked up.
