instructions
Apply Bliss Steep Clean Cleansing Milk onto dry skin (or damp skin if in-shower cleansing is easier) and massage until makeup, oils and daily debris have been dissolved. Rinse well and follow with Bliss Pore-Perfecting Facial Polish or Bliss Steep Clean Toner Pads.
