Bliss Clog-Dissolving Cleansing Milk is a gentle low-foaming, silky, soft-textured cleansing milk that deep cleans without irritating and without upsetting the skin's delicate moisture balance. It contains a special blend of four light-but-powerful hydrophilic oils that quickly and completely remove makeup and break down excess sebum, dirt and debris. Its low-foaming action provides a great skin feel, but does not compromise the excellent cleansing properties of the product.

instructions
Apply Bliss Clog-Dissolving Cleansing Milk onto dry skin (or damp skin if in-shower cleansing is easier) and massage until makeup, oils and daily debris have been dissolved. Rinse well.
